Shipping & Delivery
Most cases are usually shipped within 24 hours of order placement, some take up to 5 days in order to ship.  Delvery may take from 5 to 15 days depending on which warehouse has the case in stock and to where the case is shipping.   We highly recommend UPS ground shipping on all that meet the UPS ground size restrictiions.  Truck freight is required on some of the larger cases.

Returns & Replacements

Custom Cases and custom foam products are not returnable and non-cancellable once ordered. 

Non returnable/Non cancellable products:

Any special order/non stock product
Any customized product
Custom Foam/Interior Cushioning Systems
Pelican/Hardigg Cases and Containers
 

If the case you ordered did not meet your needs you may return it within 7 days for a refund, provided the case is in as new condition and a replacement case is ordered.  If the case is in new condition and no replacement case is ordered there is a 25% restocking fee.    All returns must have an RMA# prior to returning and must be returned freight prepaid.  Shipping Cases reserves the right not to accept any product for return.

**Be sure and inspect any shipment you receive for damage.  Submit a claim for the damage to the freight company (UPS, FED-X, truck, etc).  Warranties on cases are for materials and workmanship only not for damage due to rough handling by freight companies.
